Mind Body Individual / Couple Private Session Package

Our goal is to help you learn the tools to reduce the emotional effects of infertility. Whether you are beginning assisted reproductive treatments, considering your next steps or have already begun medical treatment for infertility, the Mind Body Programs can help.

Whether you are interested in obtaining the emotional tools to better manage the fertility treatment process or would like to create more optimal conditions for conception, Laurel Fertility Care will help you obtain your goal. Our Mind Body programs are modeled after the world renowned “Mind Body Program for Infertility” developed by Dr. Alice Domar at Harvard Medical School.

Five, 50 minute individual / couple sessions designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual / couple.

These sessions cover the essential aspects of the 10 week curriculum and are designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual. If you desire support and prefer a more intimate Mind Body experience sign up for our 5 session package at Laurel Fertility Care.

Program Facilitator
Buffy Lundine, MA, is a specialist in Mind Body Behavioral Medicine. Buffy’s graduate training in Mind-Body Psychology included clinical interests in Mindfulness and Stress Reduction. Her 10 year personal and professional study of the transformative aspects of Mindfulness have led her to its positive clinical applications for fertility. She is involved in post graduate training at Harvard University with Alice Domar, PhD and is training in San Francisco with Ken Farber, MA, founder of Mindfulness-Behavioral Skills Training.
