Robert Merritt, Development ManagerFamily and children are one of life’s most inspiring, heartwarming and motivating aspects. Getting to help people achieve their goals of growing their family is fulfilling in indescribable ways. Two of my favorite things to see is the look on a patient’s face when they realize and truly believe that there is hope and when they find out that the cost is not going to be as great as they first had thought.
My goal is to educate Physicians and Patients on the truth about fertility and fertility treatment, and through that help to create an environment that is less stressful, less vague, more open, more understanding, more supportive and, most of all, more successful for patients that want to grow their families.
Linda Weill, Patient Account SupervisorMy work here at Laurel Fertility Care is the most rewarding of my career. After many years in the corporate finance world, I enjoy being part of a team of dedicated professionals whose primary goal is to create new life. The patients who come to us are entering into a journey that is very emotional and at times may feel complicated and confusing.
As Patient Account Supervisor, my task is to help our patients through the details of the fees and financial process, helping them choose the most cost-effective options, assisting in obtaining financing when appropriate, while maintaining the focus on the ultimate goal of “growing dreams together.” For all of us at Laurel Fertility Care, the most exciting time is when we hear “We’re having a baby.” I can’t think of anything that could be more important or satisfying, than being a part of growing our patients’ family and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
